This space could be utilised as a drinks cabinet or even a temporary workstation with space for stationery and accessories.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePlease note that we carried out a small repair in the top corner of the bureau flap where the veneer was slightly damaged. We have filled this area and smoothed it over to ensure a clean finish. This can be seen in the final photograph.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThree drawers complete the layout of this cabinet, meaning there is plenty of space for decorative display items as well as storage for those possessions that are best kept out of sight!\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe have restored this piece by stripping away the tired old finish before applying a clear lacquer to the wood to accentuate the beauty of the oak grain and provide protection. In addition to the small chains on the flap, we also fitted a magnetic catch to the inside of the main glazed door. This cabinet is predominantly constructed from solid oak with some oak veneer.
