The oxblood colour leather writing pad shows a few signs of use but is still in good condition. One key is provided to lock the main flap if required.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have carefully restored this piece by meticulously stripping away the previous, darker finish to reveal the beautiful tones of the oak grain. We have then applied a clear lacquer to accentuate the beauty of the wood and provide protection. This bureau is constructed predominantly from solid oak, although some veneer panels are used.
