The warm walnut tones of this piece give the room a classic character without being overly ornate.

This Restored Walnut Dressing Table has an elegant vintage design, with six side drawers and a wider central drawer providing plenty of storage for cosmetics, jewellery and other everyday items. Figured walnut veneer across the drawer fronts adds rich natural pattern, complemented by contrasting lighter edging, shaped wooden handles and slender cabriole-style legs. Above sits a large three-part mirror with hinged side sections that can be angled as required, finished with stepped Art Deco-inspired curves.

The previous finish has been stripped back and the timber carefully prepared before several coats of hard-wearing lacquer were applied, refreshing the colour and highlighting the distinctive walnut figuring while providing a durable surface for regular use. As expected with an older piece, there are signs of age and wear, including some deterioration, spotting and marks to the original mirror glass, together with veneer damage. These have been left visible as part of the item's history and are shown in the photographs. The dressing table is constructed from oak and plywood with walnut veneer.

Combining generous storage, an adjustable triple mirror and attractive period styling, this dressing table offers both practicality and character. The restored walnut finish makes it a distinctive addition to a traditional or vintage-inspired bedroom.

[dimensions][w]98[/w][h]154(76)[/h][d]46[/d][/dimensions]
