A message for our customers

With the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic across the UK, people's lives and businesses are being affected in ways we could never have predicted. We are no different. And while we continue to trade online to support the vital work we do restoring broken lives, we are committed to closely following government advice in order to best protect both our customers, and the recovering men and women who are part of our communities.

Our Delivery Service

To maximise the safety of our customers, we are restricting the delivery options that we make available: we have withdrawn our 2 man "any room" delivery service and for now will only offer single person delivery rates. Additionally - in order to help maintain reasonable social distance - our couriers will only deliver to your doorstep. We are also committed to using only courier services that have implemented policies to ensure the wellbeing of their drivers and customers, such as insisting on the use of gloves, wipes, and hand sanitiser to maintain good personal hygiene.

Want to still support Restored but in isolation or unsure about taking a delivery right now?

If you want to buy a piece but want to delay delivery until events are more settled, then that’s not a problem. We are able to securely store your packed items for a fews months and will organise with you when is the best time to deliver in the future.
