Our restoration workshop has stripped and cleaned this item before applying a fresh matt lacquer that brings out the colour and grain detail of the oak as well as providing a good level of everyday protection. As with all lacquered oak furniture care is needed when placing hot or sharp items and we always recommend the use of mats and coasters to avoid future damage to the table surface. The dimensions show the maximum width of this occasional table with both leaves raised followed in brackets by the width with both leaves lowered.
