Our restoration workshop has stripped and cleaned this nest before applying a matt lacquer that enhances the beauty of the wood grain and provides protection. As with all lacquered furniture, care needs to be taken when placing hot or sharp items. This nest of tables is made from a mix of solid oak and oak veneer.
